MSI X299 OC tip

1. X299 Xpower
i9-7980XE사용시  Vdimm 1.67v 이상 인가시 memory 퀴드 채널이 되지않음.
Limit : Vdimm 1.66V / mem clock 1800 / sa 1.25v , io 1.2v/ cl12-11-11-28 1t
(윈도우 진입등 간단한 벤치는 가능하나 안정성을 위해 윈도우 진입후 1.75v 인가필요)
 

 
 
1. X299m gaming
i9-7900XE사용시 고 메모리 클럭에서  Uncore voltage +0.25v 필요
Limit : Vdimm 1.85V / mem clock 1900 / cl12-11-11-28 1t /sa 1.25v , io 1.2v / Uncore voltage +0.25

memmex in window 7 / 8 / 10 for X299

 Maxmem in Windows 7 / 8 / 10

I recently had some trouble getting maxmem to work in my Windows 10. If I set maxmem in msconfig to e.g. 4000 it always resulted in 1.5 GB after reboot. I tried several things and in the end I found that this is working:

Run CMD as admin and use this command line:

bcdedit /set removememory 27000

27000 will remove 27000 MB of the available memory. Using 32 GB you will have ~5.5 GB with this maxmem setting.

Maybe you are all already aware of this but in case you had the same problem it might help you.

Samsung B-die Memory OC Tip.

Samsung B-die Memory의 경우 CL12-12-12-28 Tight 설정시
MEMMAX 2000~4000 정도 잡아야 벤치가 가능
만약 기본값 설정시 윈도우 진입불가 및 벤치에러.


다만 벤치점수 약간 손해

1. 드라이버 파일 7.Zip을 이용하여 압축해제

   폴더의 nv4_dispi.inf파일 워드패드로 열기
